Meet the faces behind our allergy and dietary needs program. Jess and Colin work as a team to bring safe and nutritious meal options to our campus community. They have been working together to make the food environment on campus more inclusive for all students, staff, and faculty with support from the culinary team. Over the years they have increased plant-based offerings, nutritious offerings, and allergy and dietary alternatives at retail and dining programs on campus.
