Meet the faces behind our dining team! Our chefs and Registered Dietitian work hard to bring safe and nutritious meal options to our campus dining halls. They have been working together to make the food environment on campus more inclusive for all students, staff, and faculty with support from the culinary team. Over the years they have increased plant-based offerings, nutritious offerings, and allergy and dietary alternatives at retail and dining programs on campus.
If you have food allergies and/or dietary needs, we encourage you to ask for the chef or manager. Our chefs are the ones in the tall white hats! You can also set up a virtual meeting with our Registered Dietitian who can offer resources on dining on campus safely.
