The recipes served at true balance are specially selected, reviewed, and vetted to use only products with ingredient statements that exclude all of the following: 1. Milk 2. Eggs, 3. Peanuts 4. Tree nuts 5. Shellfish 6. Soy 7. Mustard 8. Sesame 9. Wheat/ Gluten for those with food allergies, celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or other dietary needs.
