Updated meal plan information

  • Any existing balances on optional meal plans expired as 2pm on Sunday March 22nd, and will be reinstated as of September 5, 2020 for use during the 2020-2021 academic year.   If you are graduating, please contact dining@queensu.ca  to discuss options. 
  • The flex money is an additional benefit in our refund package, intended for Queen’s students returning to campus next year.  If you are graduating, please email dining@queensu.ca  and we will review options.  If you are electing not to come back to Queen’s for other reasons, you will not be eligible for the flex money, but will still receive the $1150 credit to your student account.  Unused credits on student accounts will be reimbursed through regular processes.

IF YOU ARE A…

Queen’s University Hospitality Services provides first-year and upper-year students living in residence with a hearty meal plan that will suit each of the varying appetites of our student body. The cost of your meal plan will be automatically included in your residence fees.  Upon your acceptance of your residence offer, you will be automatically enrolled into your meal plan. Students residing off-campus or who are enrolled in a graduate program can purchase one of our Off-Campus Meal Plans.
Queen’s University Hospitality Services welcomes Queen’s staff and faculty to participate in all dining events and to visit our locations regularly.  At any time, staff and faculty are able to upload  Flex $ to their Staff/Faculty card!
