If you develop symptoms, are directed by a health care professional to self-isolate, or otherwise suspect that you may have COVID19, call the Victoria Hall Front Desk (613-533-2531). The front desk will provide instructions on the need and steps to consult healthcare professional (SWS, Telehealth)
Make sure you familiarize yourself with the isolation protocol.
While in isolation, meals will be delivered directly to your isolation space daily, and they will meet any allergy or dietary needs. These meals will be taken from your weekly allowance. Please book an Allergy/Dietary Needs for Isolation Meals meeting with our Hospitality Services Dietitian.
Where to find the Isolation Meals Form:
1. Go to https://studentweb.housing.queensu.ca/. From there you will be redirected to the Student Residence & Dining Portal.
2. Log into your student account using your NetID and password.
3. Click the Isolation Meal Form link, circled below to populate the form.
4. Fill out the required information, including any allergies or dietary needs. Meals will be delivered to your isolation room every day by Hospitality Services staff.
5. Click Submit.
